Liebe Ilse!
Einfach TOP!
Einfach SPITZE!Liebe Ilse, 🫶
Wahnsinn was ihr wieder Tolles erschaffen habt. 🥰
Vielen lieben Dank dafür ❤️Voices from our launch community, in German – word for word, names removed · swipe or use the arrows to browse

Questions
Answered briefly
Can I use the app in English?
Yes. The app switches between German and English, and it remembers your choice on your device. The reports, the daily energies and the business area are English. The courses, the meditations and the legal pages are in German.
Is there a package for coaches with many clients?
Yes: the Soul Codes Mentor Package. It lets you create reports for your clients, with your name on every report – a licence for one year, paid once, with 5 reports included. Need more? Add a monthly subscription as you need it, change or cancel every month. All details on the Mentor page.
Something is not working – what do I do?
Write two sentences on Report a problem (the form is in German), that is all. The team gets the message on their phone straight away. Gold customers get an answer within 24 hours, Silver within 48 hours.
What is the Soul Codes App?
The Soul Codes App (often written Soulcodes App) is the universal app by Ilse Grabner, Elite Leaders: eight systems – numerology, Chinese metaphysics, astrology, Human Design, Kabbalah, Nine Star Ki, Maya and astrocartography – in a single report, with a synthesis and a business report. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, with nothing to install, and you can place it on your home screen like an app.
How does the free trial work?
You sign up with an email address and a password, no card and no code. Then you see a selection of your report for 7 days. Your account stays afterwards, and as soon as you book a package the app is open for you again.
What counts as a report?
One report is one person, with a name and a date of birth. You can open that person as often as you like, even if you correct the time or the place. In the partner report the second person counts as well. With the annual packages the number applies per contract year and starts again with each new year; with the Silver Package (monthly) you get 1 report per paid month, and they add up: free trial 1, Silver Monthly 1 per month, Silver Annual 5, Gold Annual 10. If you change package, the new number applies, and people you have already done count towards it.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. The Silver Package is available as a monthly subscription for €47 a month, cancel any time to the end of the month. In addition, both annual packages can be paid in 12 instalments via Digistore24: the Gold Package Annual in 12 instalments of €89 each (€1,068 in total, instalment surcharge), the Silver Package Annual in 12 instalments of €43 each (€516 in total, instalment surcharge). The instalments run for a fixed 12 months and are not a monthly subscription – they cannot be cancelled early. You use the app from the first instalment.
How do I pay and how do I cancel?
You pay through Digistore24, by credit card, PayPal, SEPA and more. The confirmation email from Digistore24 holds your invoice, your right of withdrawal and the cancel button, one click away. The Silver Package (monthly) ends at the end of the month; annual packages run until the end of the contract year; with instalments, all twelve instalments are due. Everything stays open for you until then.
Can I switch later?
Yes. As soon as you book a different package, your account changes over right away. One thing matters: be signed in when you buy, or use the same email address as your account.
Does my birth data stay private?
Yes. The app calculates everything in your browser, your birth data stays on your device. The server only knows your account and your package. To count the reports it keeps one check value per person, and that value cannot be turned back – neither the name nor the date of birth can be read from it. More on this: Datenschutz (privacy policy, in German).
